Partners
The QNI Eco Active Centre is a joint initiative between the City of Thuringowa, QNI and Ergon Energy. QNI has contributed $700,000 toward the centre's construction.
Ergon Energy has contributed $30,000 and also has made available their expertise in renewable energy resources.
The centre communicates sustainable energy messages from all three partners, showcases their initiatives and gives practical advice on how visitors can apply these in day-to-day life.
QNI and Ergon Energy are both committed to community initiatives and a sustainable future. Thuringowa City Council is delighted to be able to work with industry partners to develop an educational experience for its residents to improve sustainability and eco-efficiency.
